YUANXIAN Sichuan pepper oil is an intensely aromatic spice oil from China, made from Sichuan pepper, sesame and rapeseed oil. It impresses with its characteristic spicy, tingling spiciness (typical of Sichuan pepper) and a slightly nutty note. Ideal for adding depth, warmth and authentic Szechuan character to dishes.
