Preparation:

  1. Mix 100 g rice flour, 50 g WINDMILL tapioca starch, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add 200 ml plant milk and 1 tablespoon oil and stir into a smooth dough.
  3. Bake in portions in a coated pan.

🍮 Asian tapioca pudding

Preparation:

  1. Stir 50 g tapioca starch into 500 ml coconut milk.
  2. Sweeten with 2 tablespoons of sugar and bring to the boil slowly while stirring.
  3. As soon as the mixture thickens and becomes shiny, remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  4. Serve with fresh mango pieces or berries.
