Preparation:

Bring 500 ml chicken stock to the boil.
Add 2 kaffir lime leaves, 1 lemongrass stalk, 1 slice of galangal.
Stir in 5 prawns, 100 g mushrooms and 1 tbsp fish sauce.
Add 1 teaspoon of WENDJOE Sambal Oelek.
Season with lime juice and serve with coriander.

🍚 Nasi Goreng – Indonesian fried rice

Preparation:

Finely chop 1 onion and 1 garlic clove and fry in oil.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of WENDJOE Sambal Oelek.
Add 200 g cooked rice and vegetables (e.g. carrots, peas).
Season with soy sauce and sesame oil and, if desired, place a fried egg on top.
