Preparation:
- Rinse and drain 1 can of chickpeas.
- Fry onions, garlic and ginger in a pan.
- Add tomato paste, cumin, coriander, garam masala and 1 teaspoon amchur powder.
- Stir in the chickpeas and simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
🍗 Tandoori marinade with amchur
Preparation:
- Mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, turmeric, paprika, salt and 1 teaspoon amchur.
- Marinate chicken or vegetables in it for at least 2 hours.
- Cook in the oven or on the grill.
🍮 Exotic mango dessert dip
Preparation:
- Mix 1 teaspoon of amchur with sugar, a little water and mint.
- Mix with yoghurt and serve cold – ideal with fruit or pastries.
