Preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of Tiparos fish sauce, juice of one lime, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 chopped garlic clove and 1 finely chopped chili in a bowl.
  2. Optionally extend with fresh coriander and a little water.
  3. Perfect with spring rolls or grilled meat.

Preparation:

  1. Mix 6 cl vodka, 10 cl tomato juice, 1 cl lime juice, 2 dashes of Tabasco, 1 dash of Tiparos fish sauce, pepper and celery salt.
