👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry 2 tablespoons of curry paste for 1 minute. Add 200 g of meat (e.g. chicken) and fry well. Add 240 ml coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 240 ml water and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce. Garnish with basil and chili and serve hot.

🍛 Red Thai curry with chicken, bamboo shoots and eggplant
Preparation:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry 2 tablespoons of red curry paste for 1 minute.
- Cut 200 g chicken into strips and add. Fry briefly.
- Stir in 240 ml coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add a handful of bamboo shoots and eggplant pieces, add 240 ml water and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce and garnish with fresh Thai basil and chili. Serve with jasmine rice.
🥬 Vegetarian curry with tofu and broccoli
Preparation:
- Dice the tofu and fry until crispy, set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok and fry 2 tablespoons of curry paste.
- Add broccoli florets and carrots and fry briefly.
- Add 240 ml coconut milk and 200 ml water and let the vegetables simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in the tofu, season with soy sauce and serve with fresh coriander.
