Preparation:

  1. Mix 200 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 tablespoon matcha powder.
  2. Beat 100 g butter, 100 g sugar and 1 egg until fluffy.
  3. Stir in the dry ingredients and add 100g chopped white chocolate.
  4. Form the dough into small balls and bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
