Preparation:

  1. Cut the tofu into slices and fry until crispy with a little sesame oil.
  2. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
  3. Place cooked rice on the lettuce leaf, place tofu on top and spread with ssamjang.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and sesame if desired, roll up and enjoy.

Preparation:

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
