What is Gochujang?

🍚 Bibimbap with gochujang
Preparation:
- Cook rice and place in a bowl.
- Fry vegetables such as carrots, spinach, zucchini and mushrooms separately.
- Place a fried egg on top of the rice.
- Arrange vegetables and some beef (optional) all around.
- Mix 1-2 teaspoons of gochujang with a little sesame oil and sugar and pour over the dish.

Preparation:
- Cut tofu into cubes and fry in oil until crispy.
- Mix gochujang with soy sauce, a little sugar and water to make a sauce.
