- Sprinkle with spring onions and serve with rice.

Preparation:
- Season fish fillet (e.g. cod) with salt and pepper.
- Briefly fry 1 tablespoon chopped black beans with garlic and chili in oil in a pan.
- Add soy sauce and a little water and bring to the boil.
- Place the fish in the steamer tray and pour the sauce over it and steam for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
