🍏 Homemade kimchi with Chinese cabbage and gojugaru

Preparation:

  1. Quarter the Chinese cabbage and soak in salted water for 2 hours.
  2. For the marinade: Process garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sugar and gojugaru into a paste.
  3. Drain the Chinese cabbage well and rub it with the marinade.
  4. Allow to ferment in an airtight container at room temperature for 24-48 hours.
  5. Serve to taste and enjoy!

Preparation:

  1. Soak rice cakes in hot water.
  2. In a pan, mix gojugaru with soy sauce, sugar and garlic.
  3. Add the rice cakes and simmer for 5 minutes.
