🍲 Miso soup with wakame and tofu
Preparation:
- Soak 1 teaspoon dried wakame in water for 5 minutes.
- Heat 500 ml water, stir in 1 teaspoon dashi broth.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of miso paste, do not let it boil!
- Add wakame and diced tofu (approx. 100 g).
- Garnish with spring onions and serve.
🥗 Asian cucumber salad with wakame
Preparation:
- Soak 1 teaspoon of wakame in water, then drain.
- Cut 1 cucumber into thin slices.
- Mix 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
- Mix the wakame and cucumber slices with the dressing.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve cold.
