🥒 Asian cucumber salad with sesame and rice vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Cut a cucumber into thin slices and lightly salt it.
  2. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then pour off the water.
  3. Mix with 2 tablespoons OTTOGI brown rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve.

🍢 Marinated tofu skewers with rice vinegar and soy sauce

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with 3 tbsp OTTOGI rice vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp ginger juice (at least 30 minutes).
  2. Place the tofu cubes on skewers and fry in a pan or on the grill until golden brown.
