  1. Put 200 g ORIENTAL kimchi, 200 g tofu, 1 onion, 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste), 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 cups water in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

🍳 Kimchi Bokkeumbap – Kimchi fried rice

Preparation:

  1. Fry 1 cup of cooked rice with 100 g of ORIENTAL kimchi and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a pan.
  2. Crack 1 egg in the middle and stir in.
  3. Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve immediately.
