Preparation:
- Finely chop Chinese cabbage, carrots, peppers and spring onions.
- For the dressing: Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar and 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil.
- Pour dressing over the vegetables and mix well.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and coriander – serve immediately.
🍜 Miso soup with a dash of sesame oil
Preparation:
- Bring 500 ml of water to the boil and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of miso paste.
- Add tofu, spring onions and wakame seaweed.
- Let it steep briefly, do not boil.
- Before serving, refine with a few drops of toasted sesame oil.
