Preparation:

  1. Cut 1 cucumber into thin slices.
  2. Mix 100 ml of NARCISSUS rice vinegar with 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and a little water.
  3. Place the cucumbers in a jar and pour the vinegar solution over them.
  4. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

🍣 Season sushi rice

Preparation:

  1. Cook 250 g of sushi rice.
  2. Heat 50 ml of NARCISSUS rice vinegar with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt until everything dissolves.
  3. Fold the vinegar solution into the cooked, still warm rice.
  4. Let cool and use for sushi.
