🍲 Tofu miso soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of MORINAGA Silken Tofu firm
  • 500 ml dashi broth
  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 spring onion (cut into rings)
  • Seaweed to taste

Preparation:

  1. Heat dashi broth and stir in miso paste.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes and add to the soup.
  3. Add seaweed and green onions and serve.

🍽️ Tofu and vegetable wok

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of MORINAGA Silken Tofu firm
  • 1 red pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 carrot (cut into thin slices)
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)

Preparation:

  1. Cut tofu into cubes and fry with a little oil.
  2. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger and mix well.
