🍲 Tofu miso soup
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of MORINAGA Silken Tofu firm
- 500 ml dashi broth
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 spring onion (cut into rings)
- Seaweed to taste
Preparation:
- Heat dashi broth and stir in miso paste.
- Cut tofu into cubes and add to the soup.
- Add seaweed and green onions and serve.
🍽️ Tofu and vegetable wok
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of MORINAGA Silken Tofu firm
- 1 red pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 carrot (cut into thin slices)
- 100g broccoli
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
Preparation:
- Cut tofu into cubes and fry with a little oil.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
