1. Fry garlic and onion in oil.
2. Add peeled shrimp and fry for about 3 minutes.
3. Dissolve the contents of the package in 500 ml of water and add to the shrimp mix and bring to the boil.
4. Add 300 g mixed vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add 227g Pancit Bihon noodles and cook - add a little more water if necessary.

🍤 Pancit Bihon with shrimps and vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan, fry 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
  2. Add 200g peeled prawns and fry for 3 minutes.
  3. Dissolve Pancit Bihon spice mix in 500 ml of water and add to the pan.
  4. Stir in 300 g mixed vegetables (e.g. carrots, cabbage, peppers) and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add 227g Bihon noodles and cook until soft. Add more water if necessary.
  6. Serve with fried egg and calamansi.

🍗 Pancit Bihon with chicken and Asian wok vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Cut 250 g chicken breast into strips and fry in oil.
  2. Add 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic and fry briefly.
  3. Dissolve the spice mix in 500 ml of water and add to the meat and bring to the boil.
  4. Add 300 g wok vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in bihon noodles and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
  6. Serve with spring onions and a little lime juice.
