LKK Sichuan Style Toban Chilli Sauce 350G is a spicy and hot chili paste from authentic Sichuan cuisine. It combines fermented Pixian Douban beans (30%) and salted chili peppers (14%) with soy oil, yeast extract and soy sauce to provide an intense umami experience. This paste is ideal for refining wok dishes, soups, noodle dishes and marinades or as a dip for spring rolls, dumplings and chicken wings.
