🍜 Fried noodles with vegetables and soy sauce

Preparation:

  1. Cook 200 g Asian egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, briefly fry 1 carrot, 1 pepper and some broccoli.
  3. Add the noodles and season with 2 tablespoons of LKK Light Soy Sauce.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve hot.

🥗 Tofu with soy sauce marinade

Preparation:

  1. Cut 200 g of tofu into cubes and dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Mix 2 tbsp LKK Light Soy Sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp ginger and 1 clove of garlic.
  3. Marinate the tofu for 15 minutes, then fry in the pan until golden brown.
  4. Serve with rice or in a bowl.
