👩🍳 Recipe ideas
🥄 Mapo Tofu (for 2 servings)
Preparation:
- Dice 200 g of tofu and fry 100 g of minced meat.
- Add 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, garlic, ginger and chili.
- Stir in 100 ml vegetable stock and 1 teaspoon cornstarch and allow to simmer.
- Add tofu and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve with spring onions.
🍳 Pad Thai (for 2 servings)
Preparation:
- Cook 150 g rice noodles, drain.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, mix 1 egg and fry.
- Add noodles, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and lime juice.
- Garnish with bean sprouts, peanuts and coriander.
