Preparation:

  3. Garnish with spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.

🍜 Miso soup with wakame and tofu

Preparation:

  1. Bring water to a boil and add dashi broth.
  2. Soak the wakame, then add it to the soup.
  3. Cut tofu into cubes and add.
  4. Stir in miso paste, do not let it boil.
  5. Serve with spring onions.
