- Fry in a pan, then add chopped vegetables (e.g. peppers, broccoli).
- Deglaze and glaze with a little additional sake and soy sauce.
- Serve with rice.

Preparation:
- Bring the broth to the boil with 1 tablespoon of miso paste, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of HINODE cooking sake and sesame oil.
