FLYING GOOSE Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce is a cult product from Thailand and is one of the most popular hot sauces worldwide. The combination of fresh red chilies, garlic, sugar and vinegar results in a perfectly balanced, spicy seasoning with umami character.
Sriracha is indispensable in Asian cuisine - whether as a dip for spring rolls, to refine pho or as an ingredient in marinades and dressings. It is also very popular in Western cuisine: as a topping on burgers, hot dogs, pizza or in Sriracha mayonnaise.

- Season with lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Serve as a dip for fries, burgers or sushi.
🥢 Spicy tofu marinade
Preparation:
- Mix 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
- Marinate the tofu cubes in it for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry in the pan until crispy - ideal with rice or in bowls.

Preparation:
- Mix cooked pasta with fried vegetables (e.g. broccoli, carrots, peppers).
