Preparation:
- Season 1 kg of chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Mix with a marinade made from 3 tablespoons of ENCONA Carolina Reaper Sauce, 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for approx. 30-35 minutes until crispy or prepare on the grill.

Preparation:
- Dice 1 onion and 1 pepper and fry in oil.
- Add 150g cooked rice, 1 handful of peas and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
