EAGLOBE Dried Tofu Leaves 150G are a plant-based delicacy made from soybeans – perfect for creative Asian cuisine. The mild, nutty, protein-rich tofu leaves are soaked in warm water and are ideal for hot pots, soups, wok dishes or vegan wraps. They are gluten-free, lactose-free, 100% vegan and halal - an excellent meat-free alternative with a high protein content.

Preparation:

  1. Soak tofu leaves in warm water for 10 minutes, cut into strips.
  2. Cook vegetables (e.g. pak choy, shiitake, carrots) in a hot broth.
  3. Add tofu leaves and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Refine with soy sauce and sesame oil and serve hot.

🥬 Asian tofu wraps with peanut sauce

Preparation:

  1. Soak the tofu leaves and carefully pull them apart.
  2. Prepare filling: e.g. E.g. glass noodles, carrot strips, cucumber, spring onions and coriander.
  3. Roll everything up in the leaves.
  4. For the sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and water until smooth.
  5. Serve wraps with sauce.
