Preparation:

  1. Fry 2 tablespoons of massaman curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Add 400 ml coconut milk and bring to the boil.
  3. Add 250 g beef cubes, 2 potatoes (diced) and 50 g roasted peanuts.
  4. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the meat is tender.
  5. Serve with jasmine rice.

🥦 Vegan massaman curry with tofu

Preparation:

  1. Fry 2 tablespoons of curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Add 400 ml coconut milk, 200 g diced tofu, carrots and baby corn.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and garnish with peanuts.
