  3. Add meat, tofu or shrimp and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime juice.

🌶️ Homemade chili oil with garlic

Preparation:

  1. Roughly chop 3-5 dried chili peppers.
  2. Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and lightly fry them in 100 ml of neutral oil (e.g. rapeseed oil) over medium heat.
  3. Add the chili peppers and let them simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes - do not burn!
  4. Pour into a clean glass and let cool. Store in a cool place.
