🥗 Wakame salad with sesame dressing
Preparation:
- Soak 5 g of seaweed in water (approx. 5 minutes), then drain and rinse well.
- In a bowl, stir together 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds.
- Add the seaweed to the marinade and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onions or carrot strips if desired and serve.
🍲 Miso soup with tofu & seaweed
Preparation:
- Soak seaweed for 5 minutes, then rinse.
- Heat 500 ml of water in a pot and stir in 1-2 teaspoons of miso paste.
- Add tofu cubes and the prepared seaweed.
- Simmer gently for 2 minutes - do not boil!
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
