🍲 Thai green curry with vegetables and tofu

Preparation:

  1. Fry 1 tablespoon of green curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
  2. Add 400 ml AROY-D coconut milk and bring to the boil.
  3. Add chopped vegetables (e.g. peppers, zucchini, eggplant) and diced tofu.
  4. Season with soy sauce and lime juice and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.

Preparation:
