👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
1. Heat some oil in a wok or large pan, add shrimp or chicken and fry for 2-3 minutes.
2. Push the shrimp to the side, crack the eggs and mix.
3. Add the cooked rice and the spice paste, mix well and continue frying for 3 minutes.
4. Refine with tomatoes and fresh coriander, fry for another minute – done!
