👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
1. Cut the meat (450 g) into approx. 2 cm cubes.
2. Mix the paste with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and marinate the meat in it for 2 hours.
3. Thread pieces of meat onto skewers.
4. Grill or pan-fry - approx. 8-10 minutes, brushing regularly with the remaining marinade.
5. Serve with peanut sauce, rice and fresh vegetables.

What is Satay?
