🍛 Vindaloo with chicken and basmati rice

Preparation:

  1. Cut 250 g chicken breast into pieces.
  2. Finely chop 1 onion and fry with 1 tablespoon of vindaloo paste.
  3. Add chicken pieces and fry all over.
  4. Add 1 chopped tomato and 100 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with basmati rice.

🍖 Vindaloo lamb curry with naan bread

Preparation:

  1. Cut 300 g lamb into cubes.
  2. Fry 1 tbsp paste with onions, add meat and fry well.
  3. Add 150 ml water and 1 tomato and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with naan bread and garnish with coriander.

🥦 Vegan vindaloo with chickpeas

Preparation:

  1. Rinse 1 can of chickpeas, dice 1 pepper and 1 zucchini.
  2. Fry vegetables with the paste in a pan.
  3. Pour in 100 ml water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with fresh coriander.
