Preparation:

  2. In a pan, fry onions, garlic, ginger, add meat or vegetables and season with garam masala.
  3. Layer the rice on top and let it simmer with the lid over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. Remove cloves before serving.

Preparation:

  1. Steam the apple pieces with a little sugar, cinnamon and 2 crushed cloves in a pot.
  2. Place in a prepared shortcrust pastry tin, close with a pastry lid and bake in the oven.
