The PRIMA TASTE Laksa Hot Pot Soup Base is a wonderfully spicy and creamy soup base from Singapore, inspired by the famous Laksa cuisine of Southeast Asia. With aromatic ingredients such as lemongrass, galangal and dried shrimp as well as a dehydrated coconut milk mixture, it conjures up an intense taste experience in every hot pot or noodle soup.

Preparation:
- Bring the soup base to the boil with 600 ml of water.
- Add udon noodles, bok choy, shrimp and fish balls.
- Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked through.
- Serve with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
🍜 Laksa noodle soup with tofu and coriander
Preparation:
- Bring the soup base diluted with water to the boil.
- Cook rice noodles separately and place in a bowl.
- Cook the tofu cubes, snow peas and bean sprouts in the soup for 5 minutes.
- Pour everything over the noodles and garnish with coriander and chili.
