🥢 Korean bulgogi with soy sauce marinade

Preparation:

  1. Cut 300g beef into thin slices.
  2. For the marinade: Mix 4 tablespoons SEMPIO soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 pressed garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 spring onion (chopped) and some pepper.
  3. Marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes (better overnight).
  4. Fry in a hot pan with a little oil and serve with rice.

🍛 Fried tofu with soy sauce and sesame

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Fry in a pan until crispy.
  3. Mix with 2 tablespoons SEMPIO soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon honey and a little chili.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice or vegetables.
