SEMPIO Japanese Miso Doenjang 500G is a strong, fermented soybean paste that enhances classic Japanese dishes with its intense umami taste. This dark miso paste made from soybeans, wheat, koji, salt and water is perfect as a base for miso soups, for refining ramen, vegetables, tofu or marinades. With 12g of protein per 100g, it is also high in protein and vegan, but not gluten-free.
