👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (hot air 160°C).
2. Beat 7 eggs (400 g) for 3 minutes.
3. Add the baking mix and 3 tablespoons of water, mix for 8 minutes.
4. Stir in 150 g melted margarine.
5. Pour into a greased 26 cm chiffon tin and bake for 60 minutes.
6. Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve.
