🍛 Extra spicy chicken curry with basmati rice
Preparation:
- Fry 2 tbsp PATAK'S Extra Hot Curry Paste in a little oil.
- Add 300 g chicken breast pieces and fry all over.
- Add 200 ml coconut milk or water and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with basmati rice.
🥘 Spicy lentil pan with vegetables
Preparation:
- Chop 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic and fry in oil until translucent.
- Add 2 tablespoons of curry paste and fry briefly.
- Add 150 g red lentils and 500 ml vegetable stock.
- Add 1 carrot and 1 diced pepper and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with fresh lemon juice and coriander.
