The OTAFUKU Kokomotsu Su rice vinegar is a high-quality, mildly sweet rice vinegar with an acidity of 4.2% that is ideal for sushi rice and many other Japanese dishes. Made in Japan from only three natural ingredients – water, rice and alcohol – it impresses with its authentic taste and is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Preparation:
- Cook 400 g sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Mix 30 ml rice vinegar with 20 g sugar and 3 g salt.
- Fold the vinegar mixture into the warm rice and allow to cool.
- Top with avocado slices and fresh salmon, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top - done!

Preparation:
- Marinate tofu cubes with 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes, then fry it in a pan.
