🍲 Kimchi Jjigae (Korean stew)
Preparation:
- Fry 200 g OBAP Kimchi in a pot with a little sesame oil.
- Add 100 g pork belly or tofu and fry briefly.
- Add 500 ml water or stock and bring to the boil.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar and optional gochujang (chili paste).
- Simmer for 15 minutes and garnish with spring onions.
🥞 Kimchi Buchimgae (Kimchi Pancakes)
Preparation:
- Cut 100 g OBAP Kimchi into small pieces.
- Mix 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of flour, a little water and the kimchi in a bowl.
- Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown (approx. 2-3 minutes per side).
- Serve with soy sauce dip.
