NBH Dried Bamboo Shoots & Vegetables (150g) are an authentic Asian ingredient made from dried mustard leaves and bamboo shoots that have been refined with table salt. They are ideal for Asian soups and wok dishes and impress with their hearty, slightly salty and sour taste. With 16 g of protein per 100 g, they are an ideal source of plant-based protein - completely fat and sugar-free as well as vegan, halal, gluten and lactose free.
