  1. Heat 500 ml water and stir in 1 teaspoon Konbu Dashi.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of light miso paste and dissolve.
  3. Add tofu cubes, spring onion rings and seaweed leaves.
  4. Bring to the boil briefly – done!

🍜 Ramen with kombu dashi base and vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Bring 750 ml water to the boil, stir in 2 teaspoons Konbu Dashi.
  2. Add ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Serve with bok choy, mushrooms and a soft-boiled egg.
