Preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of KIKKOMAN Mirin-Fu and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a pan.
  2. Marinate 2 chicken breast fillets in the mixture (at least 30 minutes).
  3. Fry meat in a pan until golden brown and sauce caramelizes.
  4. Serve with sesame seeds and spring onions.

🍲 Sukiyaki with vegetables and tofu

Preparation:

  1. Mix 100 ml soy sauce, 100 ml KIKKOMAN Mirin-Fu and 100 ml dashi broth in a pot.
  2. Simmer vegetables (e.g. Chinese cabbage, leek), shiitake mushrooms and tofu cubes in the broth.
  3. Optionally serve with glass noodles and egg.
