🥄 Korean style kimchi
Preparation:
- Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut it in half and soak it in salted water for 1-2 hours.
- Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons of HANSUNG paprika powder with garlic, ginger, spring onions, fish sauce and a little sugar.
- Rinse the cabbage thoroughly and drain.
- Rub with the paste and place in an airtight container.
- Allow to ferment at room temperature for at least 2 days, then store in a cool place.
🍳 Spicy bulgogi with paprika powder marinade
Preparation:
- Slice beef thinly.
- For the marinade: Mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, onion and 1 tablespoon paprika powder.
- Add the meat to the marinade and let it sit for 2-4 hours.
- Fry in a hot pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
