🍖 Bulgogi with CJW Cooking Syrup
Preparation:
- Cut 300g beef into thin slices.
- Mix 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon CJW cooking syrup, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, garlic, spring onions and pepper.
- Marinate the meat in it for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry in a pan and serve with rice.
🥤 Sikhye – Korean rice dessert drink
Preparation:
- Mix 200 g of cooked rice with 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon of malt powder.
- Allow to ferment overnight at 60°C.
- Strain the liquid and sweeten with 2-3 tablespoons of CJW Cooking Syrup.
- Serve chilled.
