What is CJW Cooking Syrup?

🍖 Bulgogi with CJW Cooking Syrup

Preparation:

  1. Cut 300g beef into thin slices.
  2. Mix 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon CJW cooking syrup, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, garlic, spring onions and pepper.
  3. Marinate the meat in it for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Fry in a pan and serve with rice.

🥤 Sikhye – Korean rice dessert drink

Preparation:

  1. Mix 200 g of cooked rice with 1 liter of water and 1 teaspoon of malt powder.
  2. Allow to ferment overnight at 60°C.
  3. Strain the liquid and sweeten with 2-3 tablespoons of CJW Cooking Syrup.
  4. Serve chilled.
