BAMBOO TREE Rice Vermicelli 400G are traditional Vietnamese rice noodles made from high-quality ingredients – rice, water and salt. With their neutral, nutty taste, they are ideal for classic dishes like Bún bò Huế or Bún chả as well as for summer rolls or fresh salads. The fine noodles absorb flavors particularly well and are vegan, halal, fat-free and lactose-free.

Preparation:

  1. Simmer the beef broth with lemongrass, fish sauce, chili and spices for about 1 hour.
  2. Cut the beef into thin slices and cook briefly.
  3. Prepare rice noodles according to instructions and place in a bowl.
  4. Pour broth over top, add meat, garnish with herbs, lime and chili.

Preparation:
