AYUKO Tonkatsu Sauce 150ML is a classic, sweet-sour and fruity seasoning sauce from Japan - specially created for the popular dish Tonkatsu, a crispy fried pork schnitzel. This aromatic sauce also gives fried vegetables, tofu or tempura the authentic Japanese taste. Made with tomatoes, apple puree, soy sauce, tamarind and selected spices.
