🥘 Tikka Masala with chicken and basmati rice
Preparation:
- Cut 200 g chicken breast into cubes and marinate with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 2 tablespoons of tikka masala paste.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, dice 1 onion and fry until translucent.
- Add chicken and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in 110 ml of water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Serve with freshly cooked basmati rice.
🥦 Vegetable tikka with tofu and yogurt dip
Preparation:
- Dice 1 pepper, 1 zucchini and 100 g tofu.
- Marinate with 2 tbsp tikka masala paste and 1 tbsp yoghurt (10 mins).
- Fry in a pan with a little oil.
- Add 110 ml water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with a yogurt-mint dip and naan.
