🔥 Tandoori chicken skewers with yogurt and salad
Preparation:
- Mix 200 g natural yogurt with 2 tablespoons of tandoori tikka paste.
- Cut 500 g chicken breast into pieces, add to the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.
- Place on skewers and cook on the grill or in the oven (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, brushing with butter and remaining marinade.
- Serve with lemon slices, fresh coriander and a green salad.
🍛 Tandoori lamb skewers with basmati rice and chutney
Preparation:
- Cut 500 g lamb into cubes and marinate with 2 tbsp tandoori paste and 200 g yoghurt.
- Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Grill skewers or bake in the oven. Brush with butter occasionally.
- Serve with basmati rice, mango chutney and fresh mint.
